Monitoring maintenance service in accordance with the Procedure and Service Level Agreement
Visit to customers regularly
Job Requirements :
S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems ,or related Engineering discipline with minimal GPA 3.00
Minimum 2 years experience as a leader in IT company
Having good communication and negotiation skills
Good leadership
Having problem solving ability
