- Operate and maintain CNC turning machines.
- Create and modify CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Perform precision machining tasks according to technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks using measurement gauges such as ID and OD micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMK/SMA).
- Min 2 years of experience as a CNC Turning Machinist in an oil and gas company.
- Understanding of G and M codes.
- Familiarity with 6D and T symbols.
- Good knowledge of operating measurement gauges such as ID and OD micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges.
- Understanding of machine program settings.
- Ability to set machine geometry.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in G-code and M-code
