Responsibilities :
- Create an annual RKAP and report it to the Division Manager
- Create a project planning (RKP) and report it to the Division Manager
- Conduct project planning, monitoring, and evaluation simultaneously and routinely (monthly)
- Participate in the corporate tender bidding process
- Looking for reliable and economical vendor sourcing and manpower services
- Provide resource support in project implementation (execution)
- Prepare presentation materials in commissioner and BOD meetings monthly
- Create potential opportunities to improve corporate business results
- Manage risk management and carry out mitigation properly
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanic/Electric/Industry engineering, or other Engineering, Masters degree preferred
- 5 - 10 years of working experience in Contractor Business, preferred in EPC Project
- Ability to composed RKAP (Rencana Kerja & Anggaran Perusahaan)
- Ability to handle project planning, controlling, and evaluating
- Ability to create project cost management structure
- Strong knowledge of risk & quality management systems
- Ability to create potential opportunity
- Ability to create company annual report to BOD
