Job Description

Community Management:

· Building and nurturing relationships with community members, moderating online forums and groups, and creating engaging content to foster a sense of belonging.

Affiliate Program Management:

· Recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners, developing strategies to motivate them, and tracking their performance to ensure positive ROI.

Relationship Building:

· Develop strong relationships with community members and affiliate partners to foster loyalty and advocacy, and support the internal team on influencer-related activities managed through an agency.

Requirement

Education:

Student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is often required.

Skills:

· Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with community members and affiliate partners.

· Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with community members and affiliate partners.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
