Company Operations Manager

Here is the English version of the recruitment announcement for the position of Company Operations Manager:

• Responsible for assisting clients in handling various types of visas (business, work, investment, etc.), and maintaining effective communication with relevant immigration authorities;

• Responsible for company registration and company information amendments on behalf of clients (if applicable);

• Provide support for other general corporate services for clients;

• Responsible for client communication regarding contracts, service requirements, service progress updates, coordinating invoicing matters with clients (invoices will be handled by the finance department), and managing client expectations;

• Assist with team member selection as the company grows;

• Responsible for establishing SOPs for company services, identifying potential business risks, and implementing preventative measures;

• Report to company shareholders and management and provide updates on work progress;

• Final job responsibilities are subject to the formal job description upon onboarding.

1. Education: Bachelors degree from a top 10 university in Indonesia;

2. Work experience: 1-3 years; female candidates preferred;

3. Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

4. Willing to grow with a Chinese startup and able to coordinate with local Indonesian staff to effectively complete assigned tasks;

5. Candidates who meet one or more of the following will be given preference under equal conditions:

   • Legal education background;

   • Experience working in a law firm (with experience handling various types of visas);

   • Experience in visa processing, company registration, or related services in large institutions;

   • Fluent in English;

   • Studied in China;

6. Positive work attitude, strong initiative, excellent communication skills, work-prioritization mindset, and ability to handle high workload intensity.
