About the role

PT Mulia Hastu Gemilang is seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team in Jakarta. As Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and catering to their every need. This full-time position is critical in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

What youll be doing

• Anticipating and fulfilling residents and guest requests in a timely and courteous manner

• Arranging transportation, reservations, complaint and other services for residents

• Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities

• Handling residents and guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to better assist residents

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all residents needs are met seamlessly

What were looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a Concierge or similar customer service-oriented role in the hospitality industry or property management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and personable demeanour

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle various residents requests simultaneously

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and guests.

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest and residents expectations
