Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree from reputable overseas and local universities, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related fields
• Minimum 6 years (for Manager) & 10 years (for Senior Manager) of related working experience, preferably in:
  • Management Consulting,
  • IT Consulting,
  • Big-4 firms,
  • Banking, or
  • Insurance.
• Has exposure to work/project in financial services, including but not limited to Digital Transformation, IFRS Assessment/Implementation, Regulatory Reporting, Due Diligence, and Project Management Office (PMO)
• Fluency in English both written and verbal is mandatory
• Comfortable with working in fast-paced environment
• Confident in communication skill, both in terms of interpersonal and public speaking
• Strong leadership and teamwork across countries collaboration
• Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members
