Content Creator (Flimty)

Requirments :

- 1 year experience but fresh graduate are welcome.

- Accustomed to creating video concepts of less than 1 minute for the TikTok & Reels platform.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Confident and comfortable on camera, experienced in creating content using a smartphone.

- Proficient in CapCut or other editing apps (cutting, sound syncing, subtitles, transition effects, overlays, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of visual composition, storytelling, and content pacing.

- Able to research trending content on TikTok and Instagram.

- Well-groomed, presentable, and exudes positive energy.

- Plus Point: Experience in creating educational, health, or lifestyle content.

Job Description:

- Create content in the form of short videos.

- Developing ideas and creative storytelling skills and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging video content ideas. 

- Able to shoot the script/ideation using phone.

- Create various types of content for marketing purposes according to the campaign being run (hard selling, soft selling, events, and trends) and maintain social media.

- Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Division.
