Job Description

Managing legal inventory and documentation, reviewing and preparing agreements for clients and tenders, attending meetings with business units and clients, overseeing PID and agreement reminders, reviewing cover letters in the contract portal, supporting internal audits, managing document storage and lending, providing legal analysis and NDA guidance, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and preparing company legal documents.
