Corporate Sales Head (F&B Company)

We are looking for a high-caliber Corporate Sales Head with strong experience in luxury or premium brands, to lead the sales strategy across our F&B business units—lifestyle restaurants, high-end catering, and artisanal gelato.

This is a strategic role at the holding level, overseeing group-wide sales initiatives and building strong partnerships with high-profile clients and premium networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B & B2C sales strategies tailored for affluent and luxury market segments.

  • Lead and unify sales teams across multiple premium F&B brands.

  • Build strong relationships with high-end corporate clients, lifestyle brands, event organizers, and premium service partners.

  • Leverage personal network to acquire new accounts and grow brand presence.

  • Identify sponsorship, collaboration, and private event opportunities in luxury sectors.

  • Set and manage performance-based KPIs and revenue targets across business units.

  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in senior sales roles targeting luxury or premium clients (hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or F&B).

  • Established network with HNWIs, premium brands, and corporate clients.

  • Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and lead strategic partnerships.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent presentation skills.

  • Confident, polished, and accustomed to representing upscale brands.
