Customer Relations Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Officer at TPFx located in Bandung. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for client aquisition, managing client relationships, providing personalized service, resolving client inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining client accounts, facilitating transactions, and promoting TPFxs services to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Customer service and client aquisition oriented mindset
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
