Job Description:

- Assist in achieving student enrollment targets by supporting marketing activities, including telemarketing, promotions, and canvassing.

- Support administrative tasks related to marketing efforts.

- Follow the marketing schedule and activities as directed.

- Prepare daily progress reports or activity updates for the Customer Service (CS) and Marketing teams.

- Assist in managing and updating customer databases.

- Support after-sales service activities, such as monitoring fitting outs, tracking payment progress with the Finance Department, and assisting with student registration processes.

- Provide general assistance for marketing-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum education: Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields).

- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (experience in the education field is preferred but not mandatory).

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.

- Interest in or basic knowledge of education, particularly homeschooling.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic proficiency in English, both oral and written.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Energetic, honest, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

- Willing to be placed in Bintaro.
