Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries on time in e-commerce platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop)

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and manage case documentation.

  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Must).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
