About the role

As a Customer Service representative at PT Mastro Luxe Indonesia, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent support and service. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. This full-time role is based in our Central Jakarta office.

What youll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Providing accurate information about our products and services

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What were looking for

  • Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
