We are GSA for Airlines company looking for young and energic qualified candidate for the position of :

Customer Service

Requirements :

·        Age max 30 years old

·        Preferably from STMT (Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Transportasi)

·        Minimum 2 years experience in Airlines Company or Freight Forwarding

·        Computer literate min Ms.Office and Airlines System

·        Fluent in written, report and spoken English

·        Flexibility in working hours is a must

·        Responsible in job function and good in team work

·        Candidate who live/stay near or within Kebon Jeruk or Tangerang near Airport is preferred

·        Candidate must have valid passport and willing to travel for training

Job Description :

·        Create booking reservation via Airlines System

·        Coordinate with customers for flight schedule

·        Checking and monitoring for the shipment process

·        Data Entry every shipment shipments into system

·        Managed the shipment daily report to manager
