Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description:

  1. Monitor all pricing quotation activities, including pure gas, gas mixtures, installations, and gas accessories.

  2. Perform monthly analysis of the quotation teams activities based on reports.

  3. Provide solutions to customer complaints.

  4. Review and analyze customer profiles and categories.

  5. Coordinate with the CSO team and other departments.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  3. Proficient in order processing and customer handling.

  4. Demonstrate initiative and business sense in setting product prices in situations outside standard guidelines.

  5. Understand and be familiar with all procedures within the CSO and Quotation teams.

  6. Good understanding of market structure and competitor pricing.
