About The Company:

  • The working venue is in North Jakarta.

  • Our client is a Multinational Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Customs Clearance & Logistics Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of on-site logistics specialists

  • Responsible for overseeing the intermediate stages of automotive logistics to ensure the transportation process is smooth.

  • Communicate and coordinate with customs, automobile yards and related third parties to ensure smoothness in all aspects.

  • Follow up the process of customs declaration and clearance of automobiles to ensure timely processing of documents and formalities.

  • Solve problems in the logistics process to ensure on-time and compliant transportation.

  • Responsible for tracking and recording of logistics data, and reporting logistics progress on a regular basis.

  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. College Diploma Graduate.

  • Business English proficiency.

  • Min. 3 year experience in logistics supply chain with min. 1 year of leadership experience, experienced in handling customs, warehouse control and logistic yard related process.

  • Hold a valid drivers license (SIM A) and able to perform necessary field work.

  • Careful and patient, able to record and process logistics information accurately, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate and cooperate with multiple parties.
