Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that will shape the future of our business. You will work closely with various departments, including operations, marketing, finance, and customer service, to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., booking systems, customer feedback, financial reports, and market trends).

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), customer satisfaction scores, and marketing campaign performance.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency and guest experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies.

- Conduct predictive analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and improve revenue management.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and hospitality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel.

- Experience with data visualization tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of hospitality operations and metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates) is a plus.
