Adecco is assisting one of well-known Multinational Telco Company in hiring Data Center Product Manager.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Data Center Product Manager with following details:

• Working closely in sales team to understand customers requirement, business environment and formulate project win strategies and value proposition for proposals.

• Engage internal stakeholders such as other product managers, headquarters experts assurance when and where required to ensure the proposed solution is supported through from proposal to order.

• Leading or supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, BOQ（Bill of quotation）and extensive customer centric communication to ensure business success.

• Produce and deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers.

• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Solution Teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented by Huawei solutions.

• Be familiar with at least one domain from IP/DWDM/Access.

• Be able to design and plan transmission or Access network.

• Has knowledge of network insight, analysis and optimization.

• Has to have presales knowledge, being able to handle customers well & have conflict management skills/knowledge

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication, Electronical Engineer or Computer related degree

• At least 4 years with presales knowledge & with experience in telecom company. Require the candidate the candidate to understand how to handle customers.

• English is a must

• Be familiar with at least one domain from IP/DWDM/Access.

• Be able to design and plan transmission or Access network.

• Has knowledge of network insight, analysis and optimization. 

• Has to have presales knowledge, being able to handle customers well & have conflict management skills/knowledge

• Be able to understand customer requirement and design HLD solution accordingly

• Has capability of communicating and influencing customer.

• Public presentation skill is mandatory.

• Negotiation skill is a must.
