Data Governance Management Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure master data is accurate, complete, and consistent according to defined standards.
• Perform regular validation and follow-up with relevant teams regarding master data based on data quality findings.
• Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Support data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
• Help document processes and procedures for master data management.
• Generate simple reports related to the quality and status of master data.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related major.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data-related roles, particularly in master data management, data entry, or data analysis. Fresh graduates with a solid grasp of data management concepts and relevant project experience are also welcome.
• Basic understanding of Data Governance principles and the importance of data quality.
• Computer literate (Ms Office, ERP systems like SAP, SQL Server, or other MDM systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, for interacting with various departments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to continue learning.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
