About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Monitoring & Automation Specialist to join Turnkey Group in Batu. This role focuses on managing and maintaining Virtual Private Servers (VPS), monitoring automation tools, and conducting research and development (R&D) to enhance automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in VPS management and/or data automation, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for teamwork. Fresh graduates with a background in Information Systems, IT, or Informatics are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to ensure high availability, performance, and security for hosted applications and automation tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation tools running on VPS, ensuring consistent performance and rapid issue resolution.
• Conduct research and development to design, test, and optimize automation tooling for data processing and operational efficiency.
• Support data center-related tasks to ensure seamless integration of VPS and automation systems with the broader infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and developers, to align automation efforts with organizational goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of VPS configurations, automation processes, and monitoring activities to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation workflows through iterative testing and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in managing VPS or data automation. Fresh graduates with relevant project experience or coursework are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Virtual Private Server management, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., Linux-based servers and cloud VPS platforms).
• Experience or understanding of data automation processes, including scripting for task automation and workflow optimization.
• Basic programming skills in Python and/or C++ are a bonus but not mandatory.
• Strong focus on precision and meticulousness in monitoring, configuring, and maintaining systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Preferably a background in Information Systems (SI), Information Technology (IT), Informatics, or a related field. Candidates with relevant technical expertise are welcome to apply regardless of formal education.
• Knowledge or experience in the forex industry is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Batu.
