Designer & Videographer Supervisor

About the Job We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Designer & Videographer Supervisor to support our corporate branding and marketing initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will lead the development of visual and video content that communicates our brand values, showcases our products, and supports internal and external communications across various platforms.

• Develop and produce visual content and videos for marketing, product promotion, recruitment, internal communication, and corporate branding.
• Design print and digital materials including product brochures, banners, catalogs, safety posters, event backdrops, and factory signage.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Engineering teams to create content that effectively communicates technical processes, company culture, and brand identity.
• Manage the companys social media, website, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent visual and brand messaging.
• Support internal events and CSR activities with promotional materials and documentation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee and stakeholder engagement through creative storytelling and visuals.

About you on this position

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication Design (DKV).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong visual design and video editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
• Excellent storytelling, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of brand consistency.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
