- Experience in digital programs and change management, preferably in relation to B2B sales and commercial processes

- Partner with global sales teams across Fonterra to drive the commercial success of Foodservice Digital programmes and customer adoption of the platforms.
- Drive digital adoption, review data around customer adoption and transactions and work with members of the wider Foodservice Digital programmes team to solve these issues for the Fonterra sales teams
- Champion the sales voice in the Foodservice Digital programme teams
- Support the development and rollout of sales team digital capability assets and training to support the growth and adoption of Foodservice Digital programmes
- Support Head of Digital Foodservice to embed Foodservice Digital programmes key messages with global sales teams and more widely across the Fonterra business
- Support the Digital Innovation team to communicate progress and process to senior stakeholders
- Develop communications which engage and educate across the sales and sales operations networks, share learnings, and inspire change
- Support the continued building of a positive reputation and respect within the organization for the digital programme by demonstrating success and progress
- Support the development and implementation of change management plans and communication to ensure the success of the overall digital transformation
- Act as an expert for change and continuous improvement, providing strategic and tactical challenge to get the best outcome and ensuring alignment with wider programme objectives, maximizing the utilization of digital assets
- For new feature development support impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholder needs, and design appropriate and fit for purpose implementation plans to ensure success
- Provide advice to key stakeholders on change readiness, required capability shifts, and execution to ensure that new tools are well embedded
- Help to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, risks, and adoption across global sales teams and our customers
- A relevant tertiary qualification ideally in digital management or commerce/business/ marketing
- 5+ years experience in digital programs or change management in relation to sales and commercial processes, preferably in B2B businesses
- Experience developing change strategies and delivering end-to-end complex transformation within large scale organisations, with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Demonstrated ability to work across business units to drive business growth and embed change in day-to-day operational reality and support the realisation of the benefits from the transition
- Analytical abilities and structured thinking - including abilities around roadmap development and critical thinking
- Highly developed influencing and communication skills across all levels. Skilled communicator (verbal, written and influencing). Strong ability to discuss insights and recommendations with senior internal stakeholders
- Highly skilled at relationship building and stakeholder management within a complex organisation.
- Ability to build a strong cohesive team environment and work collaboratively with peers and wider teams to achieve objectives.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in matrix organisations and manage complexity at pace.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Drive for Results; able to self-manage and achieve results
- Business level English mandatory; Additional knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog will be beneficial though not mandatory
- Some experience with tools used to manage digital programs (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.) will be beneficial though not mandatory
