Digital Marketing/Brand Manager-Beauty/Skincare

Looking for Digital Marketing Manager /Brand Manager with more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and growing skincare/beauty business, with experience in leading teams to join a great beauty company with a mission to provide natural and safer skincare products.

Qualifications:

· 28 to 35 years old who are passionate in skincare, health, & beauty products.

· Minimum Bachelors/Diploma Degree

· Min 3 years experience in creating growing beauty/skin care/wellness/retail brand. 

· Min 5 years experience in creating online marketing strategy, digital marketing, & growing social media, preferably for beauty/skincare/retail products.

. Min 5 years experience in copywriting in English & Indonesian. 

· Min 3 year experience & expertise in TECHNICAL setting, analyzing, & optimizing FB ads/IG ads/youtube ads/tiktok ADS,landing page, content & copywriting, etc.

. Min 3 years experience in using FB page & FB Business Manager. 

. Min 2 years experience in managing Tiktok Ads. 

-Min 3 years experience in managing ecommerce (Shopee, Tiktok) strategy.

- Min 4 years experience in managing teams.

· Min 1 year in creating landing page is preferable.

· Min 4 years in managing social media & growing online sales.

· Min 5 years experience in creating social media contents

· Expertise in SEO/SEM.

· Detail oriented

· Fluent in English writing.

· Can work in start-up environment.

· Experienced in using MS Office (Excel, Word, dll).

· Memiliki kendaraan sendiri lebih diutamakan.

· Domisili tidak terlalu jauh dari Serpong/Alam Sutera/BSD.

· Job Description:

• Create brand awareness activities

• Create digital marketing campaign, set & optimize ad placement in all social media.

• Create & manage contents in social media

• Create landing pages & marketing contents/copywriting.

• Analyze digital marketing KPI, reports & optimize budget & improve sales.

• Grow sales activities.

• Grow and expand customer base & customer relations for skincare & beauty products

• Manage social media content & other digital marketing aspects to improve sales.

• Manage teams

• Assist in other marketing/sales/business development activities.
