Digital Sourcing Product Specialist O722

Digital Sourcing Specialist or Digital Sourcing Sr Specialist is responsible to ensure a maximum digital penetration and uptake to his designated product (be it wealth, loan products or other balanced sheet products) and activity streams. The specialist will be in charge for 360 degree initiatives from inviting quality traffic, cooperating with analytic team for an effective digital modelling , utilizing insights to drive powerful promotion and communications along with marketing, and cooking new-wave digital initiatives.

The functions will focus on improving the digital stickiness from existing users whilst on-boarding new users based on products edge (e.g. the most competitive FX rate) and powerful segmentation exercise.

Digital Sourcing Specialists will catalyst increase in financial transaction and product penetration and, ultimately, reaffirm CIMB Niagas digital competitive advantage and as a preferred bank in Indonesia.

• Comprehensive banking knowledge especially pertinent to product (liabilities, wealth and lending), digital banking, and banking operations.

• Fundamental statistics, including basic descriptive statistics (mean, median, etc), and statistics modelling

• Basic knowledge on revenue modelling, cost-benefit analysis,

• Basic knowledge on the evolution and future of banking

• Working knowledge on digital marketing placement e.g. cost per impression/click, search engine optimization, social media, etc

• Adept in project management and able to work with minimum supervision

Technical skills

Statistics, business analytics, revenue model building and projection, and project management

Important qualifications

Interpersonal skills, negotiation, basic leadership, communicating, customer orientation, network and alliance building
