Digital Transformation Lead (Finance) - ERP & Cloud

Role Overview

  • Lead a team to integrate emerging technologies (ERP, cloud, analytics, AI/ML/NLP, robotics, GenAI) into the Finance function.
  • Identify transformation opportunities and translate tech trends into actionable finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current finance systems and processes; identify pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Develop a future-state digital finance roadmap, highlighting interdependencies, risks, and ROI.
  • Oversee full project lifecycles: requirements gathering, solution design, breakdown, and delivery.
  • Drive change management: manage resistance, and lead culture and operating model shifts.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with accounting standards, corporate laws, and regulations.
  • Continuously improve processes, controls, and tools to boost efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate across finance and business teams to align transformation efforts.
  • Monitor emerging finance‑tech developments; champion innovation and business sponsorship.
  • Present business cases, ROI, success metrics, and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, with CA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 15 years experience, including leadership in finance transformation or technology implementation.
  • Strong technical background in ERP systems, analytics, automation, and emerging finance tech.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven change-agent mindset and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Deep domain knowledge in finance functions (controllership, transaction processing, FP&A).
