Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to join our pre opening and opening team.

You will collaborate directly with the General Manager to create, develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the resorts overall objectives.

  • Analyze market trends & competitor activities.

  • Identify new business opportunities & optimize pricing strategies.

  • Drive all revenue streams through innovative sales & marketing actions.

  • Constantly look out for possible opportunities to enhance the business growth.

  • Monitor & Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to assess the departmental performance.

  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Create a environment of excellence, accountability and teamwork.

  • Challenge the status quote and identify areas for improvement or optimization at all times.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Train, coach and mentor the teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Pre Opening and opening experience is highly regarded.

  • Experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in Jakarta & Bali is required.

  • Track record in securing and organizing large high end weddings, events and meeting.

  • Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets and drive revenue growth.

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 -7 years experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.
