- Bisa mengoperasikan Ms, Office dan Ms. Excel
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
- Pengalaman untuk menangani tim lebih dari 500 orang
- Latar belakang pendidikan minimal Diploma atau S1 dari berbagai jurusan
