E-commerce Operations Specialist
Job description:
Responsible for sales targets, marketing budgets, and product key indicators (GMV, CR, profit, etc.) of the e-commerce platform
Manage and be responsible for all e-commerce business of the store (including developing sales strategies, uploading products, product marketing and promotion, daily store operations, order fulfillment, sales review, etc.)
Monitor and optimize product keywords, titles, details pages, and product promotions, regularly optimize product advertising to ensure visibility and competitiveness
Ability to create popular products and efficiently execute large-scale promotional activities, and be able to summarize and reflect
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to adjust strategies accordingly
Review sales progress, data indicators, and work progress weekly and monthly, and adjust through Data Analysis
Job requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.), preferably related to health/home/retail products
English can be used as a working language
Fully understand the platform operation rules, possess solid e-commerce basic knowledge, and have a deep understanding of consumers and market insights
Tough personality, quick action, able to withstand work pressure, willing to accept new challenges Proactive, strong learning ability, able to quickly accept new things
