E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job description:

  • Responsible for sales targets, marketing budgets, and product key indicators (GMV, CR, profit, etc.) of the e-commerce platform

  • Manage and be responsible for all e-commerce business of the store (including developing sales strategies, uploading products, product marketing and promotion, daily store operations, order fulfillment, sales review, etc.)

  • Monitor and optimize product keywords, titles, details pages, and product promotions, regularly optimize product advertising to ensure visibility and competitiveness

  • Ability to create popular products and efficiently execute large-scale promotional activities, and be able to summarize and reflect

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to adjust strategies accordingly

  • Review sales progress, data indicators, and work progress weekly and monthly, and adjust through Data Analysis

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.), preferably related to health/home/retail products

  • English can be used as a working language

  • Fully understand the platform operation rules, possess solid e-commerce basic knowledge, and have a deep understanding of consumers and market insights

  • Tough personality, quick action, able to withstand work pressure, willing to accept new challenges Proactive, strong learning ability, able to quickly accept new things

  • Work location near PIK Avenue
