Strong phone contact handling skills

Tasks & responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customers satisfaction
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
