Electrical & Programming Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and professional Electrical & Programming Engineer in Cikande, Banten to join Richs family. This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. 

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Operations:

• Analyse and problem solved for Issue regarding Electrical, program control and Instrumentation
• Prepare and improve electrical assembly instruction such as electrical wiring, component layout, etc
• Supervise electrical QC process and provide a better test procedure
• Project management and meet the project deadline
• Design and programming of PLC control systems (using Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems) for Process line and Refrigeration system
• Generation of programming and system documentation such as Grafcet, program flowcharts, software design specifications and functional specifications of the project
• Provide technical support for current and existing projects related to electrical and control systems troubleshooting, maintenance, design, specification and project proposals
• Assists in the development of SOP / User manual for projects or products
• Weekly reporting to immediate superior and to factory for progress, issues, and developments of the operational and project.
• Continuous research for improvements on the hardware design and software for all projects
• May be assigned on other tasks coming from ME Supervisor
• Implement electrical installation based on the assigned task.
• Supervise the actual daily usage of Energy coming from electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar) so that it can be traced to ensure the amount of usage is correct
• Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, FSSC 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).

People Management:

• Training and improving capability especially food safety training including (GMP, Personal Hygiene etc.)
• Participate in all trainings as required to develop and improve skill.
• Responsible for objective setting and performance self-review through the P&O process
• Participate in Integrate Talent Management & Individual Development Program 

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation and Control
• Engineering or equivalent plus 3+ years manufacturing experience in dairy or non-dairy food industry
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office
• Ability to recognize the operating mechanisms of Food Processing Equipment especially for Dairy or Non-Dairy Equipment
• Experience in Food Manufacturing sector will be advantage
