Engineer Technical Sales

Promote and sell the companys products with the objective to achieve profit margin and customer satisfaction within established policies, procedures and guideline. Maintain and support customer base by ensuring they are properly served.

• Meet with all potential customers to market proposals and solutions to shelter clients from competitors
• Assist sales coordinators in cases of customers inquiries
• Submit sales and order forecast, tracking reports (won or lost cases) and all other matters pertinent to sales activities as required by Immediate superior
• Initiate and participate in short, medium, long term sales and marketing planning of the company in order to ensure sustainable profitability growth of the sales year-on-year
• Conduct presentations to key accounts, customers, end-users, consultants and other decision makers regarding service offerings and Capabilities of the team
• Ensure payments of clients are collected based on the terms and conditions of sales
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of technical product sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant majors
• At least 2-3 experience as Sales Service Engineer
• Excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self driven and can work under pressure
• Understand products objective, customer requirements, products, services, operation and processes
• Excellent knowledge in the service industry
• Proficient in strategic marketing, research and sales skill
• Basic understanding of Foreign trade regulations
• Excellent skills in market analysis
• Good selling skill, negotiation, presentation, listening, speaking, writing English and Computer skill
• Familiar with company product (data center related products)

University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant majors
