Engineering Manager
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all technical and engineering aspects of building operations. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring that building facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams in day-to-day building operations
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.)
Ensure all systems and equipment are running optimally and within regulatory compliance
Manage maintenance schedules, SOPs, and building management system (BMS) operations
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for servicing, repairs, and projects
Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives
Prepare and manage engineering budgets, maintenance costs, and CAPEX planning
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and operational standards
Provide technical support in the renovation, fit-out, and upgrade projects within the building
Train and develop technical staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or technical operations within property/building/facility management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building management systems (BMS), and facility safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and energy management tools
Familiarity with local regulations and certification (e.g., K3, ISO, or SMK3) is a plus
