Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all technical and engineering aspects of building operations. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring that building facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams in day-to-day building operations

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.)

• Ensure all systems and equipment are running optimally and within regulatory compliance

• Manage maintenance schedules, SOPs, and building management system (BMS) operations

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for servicing, repairs, and projects

• Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives

• Prepare and manage engineering budgets, maintenance costs, and CAPEX planning

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and operational standards

• Provide technical support in the renovation, fit-out, and upgrade projects within the building

• Train and develop technical staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or technical operations within property/building/facility management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building management systems (BMS), and facility safety standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and energy management tools

• Familiarity with local regulations and certification (e.g., K3, ISO, or SMK3) is a plus
