Omiyage Group, the company behind beloved premium brands such as DORÉ by LeTAO and The Pancake Co by DORÉ, is looking for a hands-on and strategic ERP Functional & Project Manager with deep Odoo expertise.

This role bridges systems, operations, and people. Youll lead implementation and daily usage of Odoo ERP while ensuring every department runs more efficiently with reliable data and integrated workflows.

🎯 What Youll Do1. Ensure all Odoo ERP-related projects are delivered on time, within scope, and up to quality standards2. Implement the Odoo ERP system covering modules such as Finance Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Operations, Production, Logistics, and Manufacturing.3. Analyze and map operational requirements into Odoo workflows.4. Provide training to users and operational teams on how to use Odoo effectively.5. Create and update both technical and functional documentation for the implemented modules.6. Provide daily technical support for system issues, feature requests, and ongoing development.7. Recommend feature or process improvements based on business performance evaluations.

✅ What Were Looking For1. Min. S1 degree (preferably in Informatics, IT Systems, or Engineering).2. 5 years experience as Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Specialist.3. Strong experience across key Odoo modules (CRM, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Production).4. Excellent cross-functional coordination and user communication skills.5. Comfortable with project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar project tools)6. Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and solution-focused.
