Event & Activity Manager

We offer integrated services, including accommodation, workspaces, and leisure activities, catering to digital nomads and professionals worldwide. BLive is expanding into new ventures such as a Sports Community Center and a Healing Resort Concept to enhance well-being and connectivity for our community.

1. Develop innovative event concepts to enhance community engagement.
2. Plan and manage event schedules, logistics, and execution.
3. Oversee budget planning and reconciliation for events.
4. Manage vendor relationships, including catering, audiovisual, and decor.
5. Serve as a host/emcee, introducing speakers and facilitating Q&A sessions.
6. Ensure smooth event setup, registration, and technical support.
7. Monitor event flow and manage crowds effectively.
8. Build strong relationships among residents and encourage participation.
9. Establish interest-based groups (e.g., book clubs, sports teams, hobbyists).
10. Organize volunteer efforts and collaborate with local organizations.
11. Actively promote events through social media and email marketing.
12. Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance event experiences.
13. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand operations.
14. Ensure efficient management of co-living services, including sales and reservations.
15. Align event strategies with overall business goals for long-term growth.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or community engagement.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High sense of urgency and agility in decision-making.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Balis local business environment.
• Background in event marketing, co-living, or hospitality is a plus.
• Bali-based candidates are preferred.
