Executive Assistant to Country General Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist the executive in daily activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
Translate documents and communications from/to English (both verbal and written).
Organize and coordinate meetings and prepare necessary reports.
Handle other administrative and office supply purchasing duties as required.
Organizing corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities;
Managing reporting activities related to the executive assistant
Manage executive meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items;
Help prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries for internal use if needed by the general manager
Support with daily administrative tasks including emails, reports, and calendar management
Attend meetings (where applicable), take minutes, and follow up on action points
Establishes and performs practices that accurately maintains records/files and efficiently processes information
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience minimum 3 years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably fast-paced industry
Fluent in English both written / verbal
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Effective time management and planning skills
Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and capable of learning new platforms
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
