Export Import Procurement Manager

Requirements:

• Min Level of Education S1 graduate

• IPK 2.25 or above

• Preferable age are 35 years old or below

• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

• Minimum 5 years experience in import/export, preferably in the steel industry

• Strong knowledge of international trade and incoterms

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes

• Possession of a PPJK license is an asset

• Detail-oriented with good documentation handling

• Previous managerial experience is a plus

• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and effective teamwork

• Ability to work on your own initiative, takes ownership of issues, and goes the extra mile to resolve them.

• Capable of managing more than 10+ people is a plus

• Proficient in computer literacy

• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of using AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Job Description:

• Plan and manage imports based on company needs and production schedules.

• Source and negotiate with overseas suppliers to get the best terms.

• Handle import documentation and ensure customs compliance.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment and delivery.

• Monitor costs and ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
