Export Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive export marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in designated international territories.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new export opportunities, evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and relevant stakeholders.

• Negotiate and finalize export contracts, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.

• Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, logistics, shipping, and payment terms, in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in export marketing, international business development, or a closely related field.

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing export strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding market reach.

• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation.

• Demonstrable experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new market opportunities.

• Strong understanding of international logistics, shipping, and supply chain management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse international stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages relevant to target export markets is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in using SAP software is a MUST

• Willing to work at Gresik (East Java)
