Fare Loader

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working with data and solving problems? Join us as a Fare Loader, where youll play a key role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfers for our clients. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent written English, and are comfortable working night shifts, wed love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Update hotel room, tour, cruise, and transfer availability in the system according to client requests received via email
• Use Salesforce to manage and process client updates
• Conduct cross-quality checks (cross-QC) and support investigations when discrepancies are identified
• Collaborate with the team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in data entry

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English, especially written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule
