Requirements:

• Speak English (Intermediate)

• A passion for coffee, beverage and hospitality

• Basic coffee skills (Espresso, steaming milk), dialing espresso is a plus

• A team player

• Strong communication skills

• Multi-tasking, time management & organizational skills

• Creativity and problem solving skills

• Available to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holiday

• Discipline

• Customer service oriented

• Willingness to work as parts of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn & initiative

• Clean and tidy looks

Responsibilities:

• Greet & welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner,

• take orders and deliver the orders correctly to the customers,

• provide recommendations and improvements to ensure customers satisfaction,

• assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment,

• ensure with inventory items are always in stock and sanitised,

• keep a healthy and smooth communication between the service and the kitchen team,

• ensure all preparations are ready before service time

• follow all health and safety regulations
