Vacant position: Finance & Accounting Manager

Job description

• Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the company effectively and efficiently.

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK and applicable tax regulations.

• Conduct financial analysis to support managements decision-making processes.

• Prepare budgets, monitor budget realization (budget control), and conduct evaluations and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and optimize the use of funds.

• Coordinate with external and internal auditors during the annual audit process.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams to achieve optimal performance.

• Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian taxation, and other relevant financial regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong financial analysis skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.

• Demonstrates leadership, effective communication skills, and integrity.
