Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team at Nappa Milano in Gading Serpong,Tangerang, Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, accounting operations, and strategic financial decision-making for the company.

What youll be doing

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives

• Manage the financial budgeting and forecasting process, and provide strategic guidance to the leadership team

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering their professional development

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the Accounting industry

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing accounting teams

• Proficient in the use of financial software and reporting tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
