About the role

PT. SURA AND BIXI RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT is seeking a talented Finance & Accounting professional to join our team in our West Jakarta Jakarta location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the companys financial reporting, accounting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business objectives.

What youll be doing

1. Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to enable informed business decisions

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

4. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting systems

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations

6. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive growth and profitability

7. Mentor and develop the accounting team to build a high-performing finance function

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the restaurant industry

3. Thorough understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements

4. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

6. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

7. Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing finance team

8. Fluency in English and Indonesian (Being able to speak Mandarin is an advantage)
