About the role

PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is seeking a talented Finance Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial operations and reporting for our company. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What youll be doing

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company

  • Checking reimbursement & cash advance document

  • Filling Journal & Contracts

  • Create payment list

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

What were looking for

  • Bachelor degree in Economy / Accountancy , minimum GPA 3.00

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
