Be More (formerly known as Physiogym or Be more Personal Gym) is a premium wellness brand from Japan, specializing in a unique method that combines exercise and sports massage for optimal recovery, strength, and long-term health. As we expand into Indonesia, were looking for female professionals with a physiotherapy background to join our flagship location in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.

Position: Female Physiotherapist & Fitness Trainer

Location: PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk), North Jakarta

Type: Full-Time 

Start Date: ASAP

The Be More Method:

Our signature method blends therapeutic exercise, functional training, and sports massage—designed to help clients keep proper posture, move better, feel better, and live better. This approach is built on clinical knowledge and practical training techniques.

Your Role:

• Assess clients physical condition and design exercise programs based on physiotherapy principles

• Deliver one-on-one fitness and rehab-based training sessions

• Apply sports massage techniques for recovery, mobility, and injury prevention

• Educate clients on posture, movement, and physical health

• Be a core part of our international team introducing Be More to Indonesia

What Were Looking For:

• Female candidate with a background in physiotherapy (degree or professional certification)

• Additional fitness or personal training certification is a plus

• Willing to learn the Be More method (training provided)

• Strong communication skills and client-centered mindset

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English is a plus

• Experience in clinical, wellness, or fitness settings preferred
