Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

What youll be doing

1. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis

2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys overall business objectives

3. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

4. Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and leadership to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements

7. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders

What were looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or similar industry

2. Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights

5. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals

6. Thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

8. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
