Finance Manager

Criteria :

1. Detail-oriented and strategic person to lead our financial operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, managing accounting systems, and ensuring the accuracy of journal entries and financial records.

2. Analysing financial data to support decision-making, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leading internal audits and budgeting processes. This position also involves streamlining reporting procedures and providing financial insights to drive business performance.

3. Familiar with Finance software system (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle, Accurate)

4. Coordinate tax filings, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, PPN, etc.).

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in English (Must), or can speak Mandarin is a plus

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Master degree is a plus

• At least 3-5 years of experience as Finance Manager

• Proficient in preparing Financial Statements and performing Journal Entries

• Experience handling directly the finance, accounting, and tax

• Strong Analytical Skills and financial analysis capabilities

• Solid understanding of Finance, accounting, and tax principles

• Have brevet A and B certification, have brevet C is a plus

• Ability to work independently and within a team
