Finance Manager

岗位职责 | Responsibilities：

1. 全面负责公司在印尼市场的财务管理工作，包括日常收支管理、财务制度建设与流程优化；

Take full responsibility for financial management of the Indonesian entity, including daily cash flow, financial policy development, and process optimization.

2. 负责公司账务处理、会计核算、月度结账及财务报表编制，确保财务数据的及时性与准确性；

Oversee accounting operations, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

3. 统筹年度财务审计工作，配合审计师完成年度审计报告及相关审计事项；

Lead the annual financial audit process and coordinate with auditors to complete audit reports and related tasks.

4. 负责印尼当地税务申报工作，确保按时合规申报各类税种，包括但不限于VAT、企业所得税等；

Manage local tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including but not limited to VAT and corporate income tax.

5. 作为公司审计责任人，主动识别并规避财税风险，确保公司运营合法合规；

Act as audit lead to identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure legal and compliant operations.

6. 负责与银行建立并维护良好合作关系，管理公司银行账户及资金调拨；

Liaise with banks and financial institutions, manage company bank accounts, and oversee fund transfers.

7. 配合总部及本地管理团队提供财务支持，参与公司战略性财务决策；

Support both HQ and local management with financial insights and participate in strategic financial decision-making.

任职要求 | Requirements：

1. 财务、会计、金融相关专业本科及以上学历，持有会计从业资格证或注册会计师优先；

Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

2. 至少5年以上财务管理工作经验，具有印尼财税法规实操经验；

Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, with hands-on knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

3. 熟悉印尼本地审计及税务申报流程，有年度审计项目经验；

Familiar with local audit and tax filing processes in Indonesia, with annual audit experience.

4. 有出行行业（交通/汽车/出行平台等）工作背景者优先；

Experience in the transportation, automotive, or mobility industry is preferred.

5. 拥有与印尼税务部门良好沟通与合作经验者优先；

Good working relationship with Indonesian tax authorities is a strong advantage.

6. 具备中英文流利的沟通能力者优先；

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English is an advantage.
