Finance Manager
As Finance Manager for the Lombok Site, you will lead all financial operations to ensure smooth and compliant project execution. From managing cash flow and budgets to overseeing audits, assets, and vendor payments, youll play a key role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency. This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with site leadership and the head office to support critical decisions and sustainable growth.
Cash Management
Manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient operational funding for Site activities.
Monitor the usage of cash on a daily and monthly basis and ensure proper documentation and authorization.
Conduct monthly cash audits to verify actual cash balance and usage.
Account Payable Management
Prepare and submit Weekly Payment Plans based on due dates and cash availability.
Verify all payment documents (invoices, POs, contracts, BASTs, etc.) in accordance with company policies.
Monitor accounts payable to avoid overdue payments through the AP Aging Report.
Coordinate with the procurement, project and operations teams to ensure timely and complete documentation.
Budget Control & Monitoring
Collect and review monthly budget plans from all departments at the Lombok Site.
Ensure fund utilization aligns with the approved budget and spending policies.
Compliance & Risk Management
Review all project contract documents to ensure administrative and legal completeness.
Verify new vendors according to the company due diligence checklist.
Ensure all transactions comply with tax regulations.
Enforce compliance with internal SOPs and financial controls.
Operational Coordination & Team Management
Maintain close coordination with Project Manager, General Manager, and Procurement teams to support operational execution.
Serve as the main point of contact between the site and Bali Office.
Supervise and guide the finance team at the site, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
Provide training and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capability and efficiency.
Cashier & Banking Operations
Oversee all payments made via banking channels to ensure accuracy, authorization, and timely processing.
Monitor daily banking transactions, particularly internet banking for vendor and operational payments.
Provide daily bank account ledger reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Asset Management
Oversee asset purchase and disposal transactions to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Conduct annual physical asset audits and maintain accurate asset records (condition, location, ownership).
Update and maintain the asset register in coordination with Accounting Team
Financial Analysis
Provide actionable insights on cost efficiency, financial performance, and risk areas.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash management, AP, and financial reporting
Experience in project-based industries (construction, property development, or hospitality preferred)
Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
Willing to be based in Lombok full-time
