Position: Finance Assistance Industry: ConstructionLocation : Jakarta

Job Description:* Assist with daily financial operations in Indonesia, including expense reimbursement, bookkeeping, and invoice management;* Be familiar with Indonesias tax system and independently handle the preparation and submission of relevant taxes such as PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (Value-Added Tax);* Communicate and coordinate with Indonesian tax authorities (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) and other relevant government agencies;* Monitor changes in Indonesian tax policies and assist the Finance Manager in ensuring tax compliance and providing optimization suggestions;* Organize and maintain financial vouchers and tax documents to ensure accurate filing and traceability;* Support annual audits and external financial inspections;* Complete other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:* Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field;* Familiarity with Indonesian financial and tax regulations, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience;* Proficiency in English (spoken and written);* Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred;* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team.Benefits:Paid annual leaveDaily meals and Housing fund
